Storage
Every pack holds 2 kg. Frozen packs keep at -18°C until you are ready to cook; thaw them overnight in the fridge and never refreeze once thawed. Live snow crab and marinated drunken shrimp travel chilled: cook the crab on arrival or refrigerate it, and keep the shrimp cold.
