Large head-on prawns with dark, clearly banded shells, flash-frozen at sea so the flesh keeps its natural ocean sweetness. The meat is thick and firm, with the springy bite that only comes back when the shell stays on through the freeze. Grill them whole, pan-fry them in the shell, roast them with garlic and chilli, or drop them into a stir-fry at the last minute. Their size makes them a centrepiece for feast meals and celebrations. Thaw them in the refrigerator, then cook them through before serving.

Storage
Every pack holds 2 kg. Frozen packs keep at -18°C until you are ready to cook; thaw them overnight in the fridge and never refreeze once thawed. Live snow crab and marinated drunken shrimp travel chilled: cook the crab on arrival or refrigerate it, and keep the shrimp cold.
Packing & delivery
Orders are packed cold, with the cut, the weight and a storage note in the box. Frozen packs stay at -18°C; live crab and drunken shrimp travel chilled. If a box arrives warm, damaged or short, get in touch and we will look into it.
